Retainer/Trust Activity not Showing on Prebill

If Retainer/Trust Activity is not showing when you run your Prebills, one of two scenarios has occurred:

1.  The transactions for the Retainer/Trust activity have already gone through a Billing Cycle in Orion; or

2.  The Exclude $0.00 Invoices utility has been run on the system.

 

 

Both scenarios will flag the transactions as having gone through a Billing Cycle in Orion.
