Federal Tax ID Field

In Orion Administration under System Settings on the Firm Information/Licenses Tab, you will find the field for Federal Tax ID and also State Tax ID. Note that it is possible that your invoices have “hard coded” text fields for this information and you will need to edit the text field manually on your invoices; however, if the field is set up on all your invoice formats to use the Federal Tax ID object. it will pull from this field on this screen. If it is changed here, it will change it on all of your invoices. Typically this is done once at the time of initial implementation.
