The only place new time can be added is through Fee Entry. The only thing you can do through Bill Preparation is change the Bill Hours or Bill Amount. If you keep the Client-Matter showing in Bill Preparation while you enter the new Fee transaction through Fee Entry, make sure you click the REFRESH Button once you return to the Bill Preparation screen.
