You can clear a transaction from Deposit Processing without updating Bank Reconciliation by right clicking on the transaction and choosing “Assign Bank Rec ID.” If you know the reference number of the original AR Deposit in Bank Rec, enter it here. Otherwise, enter 999 and click OK. This will remove the transaction from Deposit Processing without impacting the Bank Balance as shown in Bank Reconciliation.
