Most likely you are attempting to call up the MC transactions in the AR Entry window.  The MC Transaction Entry window does not allow entry of a record number.  To view your MC transaction(s), do the following:

1.  In AR Manager, click on TRANSACTON FILTER.

2.  Set your Filter as follows and enter the date range you need:

3.  Click OK and all MC Transactions within the date range will be listed in the AR Manager grid.

4.  Double click on the entry you want to review.

Note that after reviewing the transaction, we recommend you DO NOT click SAVE but instead close the record.  If you click SAVE, the transaction will save with the current date.
