Changing the date on a Miscellaneous Cash (MC) transaction does not create new General Ledger transactions or does it edit the original General Ledger transactions. If you want the date changed on the General Ledger transactions, you must do that by calling up the appropriate transaction in the GL and editing the date (assuming the transaction has not yet been posted).
