This message is unusual as normally this is set up on day one of your implementation; however, if you do get this message one of the items you may check is as follows:
Double check in AR Manager > Tools > System Settings under the General tab that there is a Matter number set up for Miscellaneous Cash. The below picture shows where the Matter number should be.
