3 accounts payable data files hold voucher information.

APVOUCHERHDR holds the header information of the voucher (the top part of the Voucher Entry window).

APVOUCHERDIS holds the distribution lines of the voucher.

CMNOTES holds the voucher description and the voucher distribution description.  The voucher header description is saved with a FieldID of 12 and the record number (OID) of the voucher record in APVOUCHERHDR, and the description of the distribution line is saved with a FieldID of 13 and the record number (OID) of the distribution record in APVOUCHERDIS.

NOTE: If any of the distribution lines contain client-matter activity, a record is saved on the client-matter file in LRMEXPS.
