Double check in matter status under the Retainer /Trust Tab for the Trust Ledger and verify the bank account into which you have deposited the trust funds. Some firms have multiple trust banks. If you attempt to disburse funds from the “wrong” trust bank that doesn’t have enough funds or put in an amount that is greater than the balance for that bank for that client matter, the system will prevent you from doing so.
