Unable to Print Checks Because Orion Thinks Another User is Printing Checks on the same Bank

If the system will not let you print Checks on a Bank Account because it thinks someone else is already printing Checks, make sure no one else is in fact printing Checks on that Bank.  Once you have verified that, do the following:

    1.    Open the Accounts Payable Manager and choose TOOLS, Bank Accounts.  The following screen will appear:



    2.    Call up the Bank Account on which you are experiencing the problem.

    3.    Once the Bank Account information is displayed, choose TOOLS, Clear Bank Access Status.

    4.    Close the Bank Account Entry window and try printing your Checks again.
