Auto Apply in Bill Preparation allows the automatic application of RAP, TAP and CR transactions. It does not allow automatic application of PMT transactions and Write Offs. You will only “see” RAPs, TAPs and Credit transactions that have been properly saved on the correct Client-Matter in the Auto Apply window.
