To edit a GL Transaction Source Code, open GL Manager and access TOOLS, Source Codes. Click the drop down arrow to select the Source Code you want to edit. Make your changes and click the SAVE Button.
The system will not allow you to delete a GL Transaction Source Code. If there is a Code you do not want to use, simply change the Description to something similar to “Not Currently Defined” or “DO NOT USE.”
