After populating the screen with your filtered invoices, right click and and choose “Show Instructions in Grid.” Next, highlight the invoice on which you want to add the instructions, right click and choose “Update Instructions.” Enter your notes and choose OVERWRITE or APPEND. The instructions will immediately display in the grid in a blue font.
