Time Manager Custom Filter

Print this article

Go to Time Manager, click on the drop down arrow on the column by which you want to filter and choose Custom.

For instance, if you want to see all written down transactions, you can create a custom filter by clicking on the drop down arrow next to the Write Up/Down column and choose Custom and select less than zero. You would also need to click on the down arrow next to Bill Status and filter for just a Bill Status of P for posted to focus on items no longer in WIP.

Keep in mind you must have your filter settings on the initial filter set properly to get the list you want.  For example, if you are looking for all write downs for any Timekeeper entered by any User you would need to choose the Set Fee Filter or Fee Filter query (after you do that, you may need to hit Refresh in order to have the prompt screen shown appear).  You need to set your beginning date on the Filter Tab to blank and the ending date to the present date.  Next, double check that the setting under the Timekeepers Tab is set to ALL and the setting for the Entry IDs tab is also set to All. Keep in mind these filter dates pertain to the work date of the WIP transaction and not the invoice or “write down” date.
