If this is happening to multiple Users, do the following:
1. Go into File Maintenance Manager, locate the Client and then locate and highlight the appropriate Matter record (do not open the Matter record).
2. While the Matter record is highlighted, right click and choose Edit Selected. The following window will appear:

3. Scroll down to the Change Task Code Set option, choose the Remove from Task Billing option and click the OK Button. Answer YES to the two confirmation questions.
4. Once returned to the list of Matters, make sure the same Matter is highlighted. Right click on the Matter and choose Edit Selected to display the window.
5. Scroll down to the Change Task Code Set option, choose the correct Task Code Set and click the OK Button.
